We’ve had poor internet for last 3 weeks with intermittent connection - dropping out at least 6 times a day
its becoming impossible to work from home
weve followed app advice to reset, reboot and check connections.local service is reported as good but neighbours are also saying they are having problems
We’re fairly new to virgin fibre is this common?

What is your connection like with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
