Thanks for arranging the engineer visit. I still don’t see it on “my virgin media”. When will I know when this visit is likely to be? I will have to arrange my work around it.
On the web version of My Virgin Media, you'll need to hover over 'my account' and go to 'track my order', you'll be able to see your appointment time slot there (it can also be rearranged if needed).
To view your appointment time slot via the My Virgin Media app, you'll need to click on 'More' on the bottom right hand side of the screen, then click on Orders & Appointments.
