Intermittent Upload dropout. Slow/intermittent download speeds.

I have M100 package.

Last 48 hours the upload has been dropping out intermittently. Download speed has been swinging between 100Mbps and 34Mbps, within one speed test. Really inconsistent speeds. Causing problems when joining video calls as others can't hear us. TV downloads etc./page loading on mobile devices are really struggling.

Have rebooted and reset the router and it's not made any difference.

Ookla speed test is usually consistently 75-100 Mbps download and 10Mbps upload.

Now getting 35-50 Mbps download and intermittent failure to upload, showing this message.

Thanks

Re: Intermittent Upload dropout. Slow/intermittent download speeds.

Hi Smorg_35,

thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into with your broadband, I am sorry if its been causing you some frustration.
Usually what we would ask you to do is just follow these links in order to try and resolve it before we have a look-
Slow Speeds
Intermittent Connection
We may also ask you for a bit more information so we can understand your specific issue like have you checked your speed using our Speed test site here, have you used a BMQ graph to gain more of an insight into your HUB's performance. We also may need to you reboot your HUB so that the data on the HUB's logs can reset, this helps the performance and also helps us identify any issues on our side. We also find that changing the WIFI's channel can help with connection issues such as yours, click here to find out how to do this.

I have also had a look at your services on my side to check for any faults, but I don't see any issues.

Please let me know how you get on with all of this information 🙂

Thanks,

Megan_L
