Intermittent Internet

I'm still having trouble with the Internet goin off. I thought it was the modem and WiFi only but my bqm graph shows drops.

The BQM shows some packet loss but not complete drops

What does packet loss mean? Do you think a new modem will help or is that more the connection from virgin themselves? Thanks for replying.

Packet loss is when information is lost en route to / from the Hub meaning that little packet of information has to be resent.

Post the Network, Upstream and Downstream logs from the hubs admin pages
