Intermittent Connectivity - T3 timeouts and RCS partial Service

Hey Everyone,

 

Not sure where else to turn, I've constantly been batted away by tech support due to area faults. 

I'm experiencing constant disconnections over the past 3 weeks to my virgin broadband. there always an area fault to be resolved in the next day, and when resolved another just pops up which not only stops me from getting anything out of support, conveniently stops me from getting anything from automated compensation.

Here are some details below about my connection I'm on the Super Hub 3 if that helps.

Hi I have checked the system and can see that there is a fault in the area F009859149 which is due to be resolved today at 16:00 hours, can you let us know if you are still having issues with the service following the fix time? ^CW
