Recently joined Virgin Media for broadband (200Mb Package).
Very disappointed with the intermittent connection. The internet drops very frequently. Especially annoying as I work from home and also control my heating and hot water through Hive Active Heating which is connected by ethernet cable to the router.
Can someone from Virgin Media please investigate this as the internet drops very frequently.
