Intermittent Connection Issues

Hi,

For a considerable amount of time, I have been having intermittent connection issues. Ordinarily I would notice a complete disconnect, just a slow-down in webpage processing times. I play a fair few online games, generally with no noticable issue. I have only noticed these intermittent connections recently due to playing World of Warcraft. **Note - These issues are *not* with WoW, but are most definitely due to a problem with my connection**

Everything that needs to be done has been done, I have rebooted and factory reset the Hub to no avail.

The BQM is showing WAN side issues.

Your Pre & Post RS Error counts are very high.

In an ideal world they would be at zero and stay there. To zero them can you reboot the Hub using this method and then keep an eye on the counts.

Switch the Hub off using the small switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord and pull the PSU plug from the wall socket.

Give it a good 5 minutes put the plug back in and switch the Hub back on.

Allow the Hub a few minutes to fully restart then check the counts again in an hour or so.

Hello again,

So my issue never resolved itself, I have switched the Superhub 3 into Modem Mode and bought a router in the hopes that this would stop the connection dropouts. It hasn't at all, things were going (relatively) swimmingly throughout yesterday, with 2 disconnects (one at midday, the other at 13:00). There was a disconnect at 02:00 this morning but I was not around to witness this. Forward to this afternoon - as you can see from the image below, things have gotten worse...

I have also copied my logs and will post them into a separate message. The Superhub was rebooted at around 16:30 (hence the massive red line in the image)

This all seems to coincide with my TomTom wanting to download an update (which, incidentally it has managed flawlessly on the in-laws Sky BB)
