Intermittent Broadband

Over the last few weeks have been having real problems with the wifi dropping in and out. It's across all devices. When working we're getting good speeds across most of the house but several times a day it will drop out completely. With working from home and home schooling it's proving to be a real nightmare. Any suggestions or help gratefully received.

We don't ever use any wired connections. Location of the router doesn't make it overly practical.

Difficult to troubleshoot then.

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages back here as text please

Nothing wrong with those at all.

As you have no wireless connections to test (???) then we can only assume it's a WiFi issue.

This can be resolved by putting the hub into Modem Mode and attaching your own router or mesh system.

Is it possible that its simply too many devices being used at once? We are a family of 4 with mobiles, couple of consoles, laptops and tablets. usually at least 10 devices connected to the wifi at any one time.
