Intermittent Broadband regular drop outs

I've been experiencing some fairly regular drop outs since around the start of January, sometimes it's only a few seconds, but the sometimes I need to reboot my SH 3(which is running in modem mode). When this happens all devices wired and wireless are unable to connect to the internet, and when I try to hit the SH 3 in modem mode at 192.168.100.1, it doesn't work.
