My connection fluctuates with speed - sometimes internet speed test can be 100Mbps, sometimes it can be very low, like 1Mbps. It also frequently drops out several times a day, cutting off video calls etc.
I posted about this two weeks ago and didn't get any responses, so I am posting again in hopes that someone replies this time. My previous post with more detail (eg 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log'), can be found here.
I've flagged your original post for a staff response - they may need to arrange a technician visit because your SNR is too low on downstream channels 4 & 5, causing high error counts and that would explain the problems you're seeing.
