My connection fluctuates with speed - sometimes internet speed test can be 100Mbps, sometimes it can be very low, like 1Mbps. It also frequently drops out several times a day, cutting off video calls etc.
I've followed all the instructions to resolve including factory reset, etc, but the problem persists. I've seen in other posts that diagnosing the problem requires a 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log', so I will post these following this initial post.
