Intermittent Broadband Connection

Please could someone take a look at my connection as the internet keeps dropping (wired and wireless) or slows to a crawl, which requires me to reboot the hub to get speeds back to normal.

The front light on the Hub is also red all of the time.

Possibly noise ingress at the lower frequencies. 

Too many errors, but the figures are accumulative since the hub was last power cycled. So please turn off your hub for a short period, this will reset the counters, then post a new full set of stats after about two hours. This will indicate the current line status.

I see I have a fault in my area now so maybe that's been the issue all along?

Is the red light on the hub a concern? it used to be purple but it's been red for some time now.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the internet issues. 

I've checked on the system, there was a fault but it's in the final stages of being fixed after checking the ticket.

Hopefully fixed later today, keep us posted if still having issues.

With that number of T3s and Post errors (non correctable) I think you need a technician’s visit to rectify.
