Intermitten connection & slow speeds

Hi,

For several weeks we've had intermittent connection issues (appreciate there has been nationwide issues tonight!!) and really lacklustre speeds. I know the network is getting hammered at the moment but some days has been really bad. 

I contacted VM via web chat, someone phoned me later in the day and said there was definitely something wrong with our equipment and an enginner would be scheduled, and someone would call me later in the evening to arrange this. This unfortunately never materialised..

I called back a week later and they said they had no record of the previous call, and there were no issues at all, which was a really weird 180 from the week prior.

Does the below highlight anything?

You’re only locked on two upstream channels when you should be locked on four.

You definitely need an engineer visit.

Thanks Gary. I guess I'll try and raise this point over the phone? I have no knowledge on this so hopefully they don't question this point too much..
