Intermitten Connection /Packet loss. FOR AROUND A WEEK

So recently, my network, for the past 5 days, randomly starts to stop working properly and I get constantly disconnected, I am plugged in via ethernet. When I check the speed, on an okay day I still get 100 but I get constant packet loss and sometimes it fails to work altogether. I'm using the Hub 3. On the 100 MB package and this is starting to get VERY frustrating. i will post the stats etc in a bit. pls help. Many Thanks

 

(P.S. I figured out it was packet loss whilst gaming and doing a bunch of 'packet loss' tests) how to fix?
