Hi, I was offered installation date of 28th Nov at my new house as I requested to move broadband connection to new house. I was originally told it was available but since then date has been moved various times and then multiple incorrect changes , which includes increase in price plan, had been made to my account. I am working from home and I can’t afford to have no connection for 12 days as date is 9th December, 2030. I have been on the phone with various VM teams since Monday but I have been messed around with. Please help!!!
