Incredibly Poor SNR

As per the title my connection (Hub 3) has very poor signal to noise ratio, especially on channels 3 and 4. Here are the stats:

Re: Incredibly Poor SNR

You will need to get a VM technician out to fix.

(Do just check your cable connections to the hub are all OK/tight beforehand)

you either need to call it in, 08:00 is the best time, or you need to wait here for a few days (5 - 10, sometimes sooner) for a member of the forum staff to pick it up.

Re: Incredibly Poor SNR

OK thanks for the info.

As phoning support is such a nightmare and so useless I'll wait for a member of the forum staff to pick it up.
