In light of the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the fact that my WiFi has been down for more than 48h is absolutely insane. I need to work from home. I've tried to get in touch with Virgin by phone, to resolve my issue through the customer service steps on My Virgin Media.com, through the automated text messages... Nothing. I have just spent £78 paying bills on here, despite the need to put money aside to eat, just so I could work, and now I can't work. The current situation is dire, and I have resorted even to Twitter in order to get in touch. Please, anyone on this forum with the power to direct me to somewhere where I can book an engineer or get some sort of fix, please do.
(THERE ARE NO SERVICE OUTAGES IN MY AREA!)
