Not sure if anyone else has or had this issue. I ordered a wifi pod via chat with vm on WhatsApp on 15th November, nothing came, ordered again on another chat with customer relations on 28th, again nothing. Phoned this Monday, was told only their manager can only order and this would be completed asap. Everytime was told takes 48to72hr to order etc but it appears its never ordered. I have given up calling and chat and was hoping someone from vm can sort here. If not, I will just have to cancel as this service is just non functional.

I'm so sorry to hear you've had such trouble trying to get some WiFI Pods sent out to you. I can't see why this has been such a problem when speaking with our teams.
