IP auto setting failed despite repeatedly restarting router

Hi we are unable to watch Netflix, bbc iplayer etc as we are told the internet connection has failed. Internet can be obtained on all other devices except out TV which repeatedly tells us we have no internet connection. We have repeatedly restarted router - can you help? Thanks in advance

Then reconnect to the hub.
