Rejoined in November after 5 years away, never had such poor service for broadband, inital complaint in December has NEVER been addressed, intelligent wifi is not so clever, constantly drops connections, never had this with SKY at a much lower speed. 5 years away from Virgin Media, wish I'd never rejoined! I was warned before joining and wish I'd listened to my neighbour!!!

Exactly the same as me. WiFi drops constantly and my wired connection has 10% packet loss. It’s dreadful and the phone number doesn’t even work, it tells me to go online and use the chat and the chat tells me to call the number.
I’m moving in 2 months but not sure where otherwise I’d jump ship tomorrow.
