I was charged the activation fee and one-off flexi fee twice.
I was billed at the beginning of my contract an upfront cost of £65. £45 for the flexi fee and £20 for the activation fee. This was fine and I paid it. Then when I got my first monthly bill, the activation fee and flexi fee had appeared again. I rang up and the spokesperson told me I hadn't paid anything, even though I have bank statements that say otherwise. He told me to contact online chat, and I have been trying to for the past week, but it always says the service is unavailable. Not sure what else I can do from this point.
