I wanted disconnected my services

Hello team,

 

I want to disconnected my services from virgin as soon as possible because from tomorrow I am not longer to use the service.

I have broadband connection please help me how to disconnect the service as soon as possible urgently.

You will need to call in as this is beyond the scope of the forum team, and you will also have to give 30 days notice of termination.https://www.virginmedia.com/help/contact-us

Hey Harpreet_cheema, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community.

As mentioned we don't deal with cancellations on the forum.

If you wish to give your 30 days’ notice you can do it  by just sending a text with a description of the cancellation to 07533 051809 this will go into a queue, or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA.  

I can also see you spoken to the team after you posted this, did they manage to help you out? Thanks
