I want to order a Wi-Fi Pod

I have been using the VM connect app and in my conservatory my wi-fi signal is 13mbps. Then using the app I have been trying to order a wi-fi pod. I transferred to a message service and was asked 4 times what I wanted and told them. 
I was then put on hold, I gave up after 30 minutes.

If you are having issues using the Connect app to get the Pods, just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.
