I feel I am in the same boat as everyone on here..but it's come to me writing on a community board to try and resolve this issue!
I am simply trying to cancel my virgin media contract yet it became increasingly clear how obstructive and difficult this is proving to be...I've been calling Mon-Friday 08.30 every morning for nearly 3 weeks now, at times being on hold for over an hour..then cut off. I'm a nurse so having to call before my shifts / on my lunch break / rare days off!!!!
How can this actually be legal? VM provides a shoddy WIFI service as it is, now you can't even cancel it! And obviously I can't just cancel my direct debit.
Seriously I need help from the virgin team - I'm really losing the will here.
