I need to put hub3 back online

I had the HUB3 a while back and decided to go back to superhub2 because of issues I was having, the superhub2 is now very intermittent and keeps providing "No internet" to wifi whilst ethernet is working fine at 200mb/s.  Can I connect the HUB3 up again or do I have to call tech support to get it online? The reason for this is i am going to add a Netgear router and move on to modem mode.  

Last time I called 150 was on phone for an hour and no answer, can someone help me do this via an chat or something?

If you call early 08.00 there is a better chance of getting through.
You can also text them on 07533 051809.
A VM person may be able to help on here - but they can take a few days to get to threads
