I need to book an engineer visit.

This still isn't fixed.I wasted my whole half hour lunch break on the phone to book an engineer visit only to be told I'd have to call back again tomorrow because at that time they couldn't detect a fault and they can't send an engineer out until they tell me I have a fault.

This sort of customer service is beyond a joke.Someone on the other side of the world with no technical knowledge of their own reading questions from a help screen isn't the way to look after paying customers.

I'm not wasting another half an hour just to repeat all this again,and again,and again.......

So please contact me ASAP to get this sorted out.
