We purchased Virgin media broadband not long ago and we had some problems with the cables because before we had TalkTalk and they got different sockets and cables. At the moment the virgin media router it’s plugged into a Tv socket as we dont have a socket that matches its cables. The wifi is working very slow because of that and you can’t actually have internet if u r like 10m away from it. Now we didn’t get bothered from that but when we woke up this morning the wifi had a purple light on it and it did not work. I tried unplugging it reset it restarted it but nothing its on it has the white light but my phone cant find the network the wifi is not there. I would like to book a technician but i dont know how to and when i try to call the robot that answers its not helping me.I live in uk,Cambridge
