I ned a new hub, red light on permanent, cannot get through to virgin media customer service

Red light on hub. I need an engineer to come and supply a new box, cannot get through to virgin media customer service to get any help

What Hub model is it ? If a Hub3, is it in normal router mode or is it in modem only mode ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Also having this problem - have tried restarting router and still get a solid red light. Can't get through on phone, is there a chat or email option for contacting customer support?
