I lose my broadband EVERY Night for 5 mins

Hi, I am slowly losing the will to live.

I've been in contact with tech 3 times and they keep fobbing me off.

My superhub 3 is in moden mode, and I use a Netgear Nighthawk router. Tech support just blame the 3rd party router. However this is not the case.

When I click "check Router Status" on the hub homepage(192.168.100.1) and click the network log, I see when I get the issue, its always between midnight and 1 am. for some people that wouldnt be a problem, but it is for me.

VIrgin claim the up and download limits are correct and just insist i put the superhub 3 back into Router mode - which I really dont want to do.... Especially when the logs are telling me that they are not supplying a connection for a few mins each night.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in Area Code 30

You've got an upstream issue as you only have one upstream channel, when you should have four.
