I have went down every available avenue to speak to someone and getting absolutely nowhere

Tried every method to speak to someone in person. every link this help page that help page automated this automated that I have issues with my services that need fixed apart from trying to contact Richard Branson personally is there anything I can do.

i have had the same problem,i think the only answer is to change provider.the help you get from virgin is zero.yhe help service is rubbish
