As you have just installed a new Router, I'd focus my investigation on that.

What router do you have? What hub do you have? Is the VM hub in modem mode? What colour is the LED on the VM hub?

I have but according to a lot of people, it’s the ISP and they had it fixed.

I have the TUF-AX3000 V2 and the virgin box is lit green and in modem mode. My download and upload ain’t too bad pretty much normal but latency is a joke.

Latency is unlikely to be anything to do with your router unless it’s wildly misconfigured. It will usually be due to variable factors such as line contention, distance to destination server, how busy that server is. A speed test app might throw further light on the issue.

You have not said what VM Hub you have. A green LED means different things with different hubs.

I know the green light mean modem mode it’s says on the manual and my download and upload are fine on my new router so virgin are not allowing packet fragmentation on my new router.

Will do it when I’m home
