I have no wifi in lutton post:LU1 1LD

Please help me urgent..I am a new customer in Broadband service in virgin media..I am living in Lutton" Post code:LU1 1LD ...I started using  this broadband from 18-12-20 till 4th jan 21..then there was no wifi in my home..i have been calling again and again to the customer center but they didn't give me any solution..i asked for a engineer appointment but they are not giving any...they keep telling me there was a problem in my post area..but others wifi still okey.i have checked in my neighbor they using well...my sisters can't attend in online classes and my another little sister is crying always for youtube and cartoons..and we also can't use document work online..its been 12 days there was no wifi in my house...so i have dicided to give up the virgin broadband..but they also not responding about that..please someone help me about that..

I have checked everything..also in web in test..in web test says all okey but i am not getting internet..so i called in the customer service but they can't fix my issue.also i wanted a engineer appointment but they are not giving me any..i checked the modem it also fine..it's been 12 days but virgin media isn't responding well in my issue

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level. These may not be listed on the Area Status web page (Areas are not “Geographic” they are billing areas) as that usually only covers faults affecting 1000’s of customers) so phone may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.
