I cannot log into my Router

My apple phone tells me my router security is weak as its should be WPA2 or WPA3. I tried to log into my router using the https://192.168.0.1 but my browser tells me this page is not safe. What can I do? I'm worried something is up as now my wifi is dropping in and out constantly.

It should just be http:// - the router page doesn't have a security certificate as it's only accessible when connected to your home network, and the only password it ask for is the one for the admin settings printed on your Hub.
