Go to your online account, and in settings>security.. turn "Childsafe" off

Just to note, for purposes of this old thread, that VM has, unlike WiFi speed, no binding minimum provision guarantee when it comes to getting porn. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
