I am in the UB6 area and no internet, no tv, now 150 is not connecting

It has been three days without any internet no TV - received text saying problem fixed.  How is that possible when I am paying for a service at £139 a month?

Working from home as most of us during this pandemic - Cannot work properly - trying to hotspot from another service provider. (thank God)

What is the problem with Virgin and when is it going to be fixed - the truth please only.
