I HATE VIRGIN

  • SO VIRGIN HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER?

    I've tried raising a complaint, I've posted on here. It's seems I am going into a through a constant loophole. I left BT because they had absolute **bleep**e service, but I guess Virgin are no better.

    I HAVE CONSTANT packet loss. I cannot work, my work is cloud based. When I experience any packet loss, (every 10-20 minutes) my connection cuts off. I lose either work, everything freezes.

    I cannot play games over weekend, the game would kick me out. I cannot talk skype or VOIP my family in South Africa, or Friends within UK. 

    It's such bad internet. Really bad, However, some days are fine. But then it so random, before I thought it was only Sundays, but it happens throughout week. 

    I cannot stand this internet. PACKET LOSS issues is horrendous. It makes the internet service obsolete. 

    I've been gaming for years. Never have I experience such bad connections.

    I've raised complaint via email, Virgin emails back with resolution: Education Given

    What on earth is this kind of response?

    I tried contacting via phone, Phone cuts out. I never get through after hours waiting.

    Intermitted connections are not the new normal. This is such **bleep** service. My brother from South Africa doesn't even get packet loss. That's a third world country.

    How can I resolve this issue. It seems like impossible task. Can I cancel? I rather go back to BT.

Best to phone at 08:00 am, that should be the shortest wait times.

Yes, your BQM is showing packet loss for sure.  Post your network logs and power levels from the Hub for comment.

As for "This community seems unhelpful too", remember we are people just like you and are not VM employees, just a bunch of people trying to help if possible.
