Hue Play Sync

Upgraded to hub 4. Hue Play Sync Box was working seamlessly with Hub 3. It can only be connected by wifi. Constant drop out. Lights won't sync to any devices consistently. Works for 1-5 minutes, then connection lost on app. Spent 2 days trying everything. Moved all devices to 2.4ghz, turned off 5ghz, set wifi to manual rather than auto, tried channels 1, 6, 11, rebooted everything at least 8 times, sync box even more often. Deleted and reinstalled app. Just can't get the box to stay connected to wifi. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear you haven't been able tuse you HUE sync box since upgrading to our HUB 4.0.

 

As it is a 3rd party device I would advise checking the Hue website and forums to see if anyone else has the same issue.
