Have just received my Hub5 to replace an older hub. All works okay but this will not connect to my Wi-Fi pod. Version PP01-VM. Any ideas on how is sort this please….

You need to contact VM as the pods are paired to the HUB on your account.

It should be automatic, however, doesn't always happen.
