When I upgraded my Virgin Media contract in December I was promised a Hub5. After calling every month have been told that they are still out of stock. Virgin Media technician came around to look at a broadband issue and said that they were available and he had them in his van. So Virgin Media can you provide Hub5 to those who are contracted?
They are still reluctant to provide a Hub5 if your current Hub is working fine and delivering as it should.
What is your Hub not doing that you would like the Hub5 to provide... and what package are you on?
