I received delivery of the new hub 4 yesterday. I've set up all smart devices and they have been working ok. However, the wifi signal cuts out, I've had to reconnect everything including the tv in the same room as the hub. I cant get through to virgin media to find out what's going on. I've definitely found the hub 3 far better and tempted to reconnect it again.
Put the hub into modem mode and use your own router or mesh system.
