Hub4 packet loss again

I've been getting poor quality internet with packet loss causing voice and audio calls to drop and lag when gaming. I've got a BQM set up which seems to be uneffected by the issues when they occur. The issues are resolved temparily when restarting the router but then return after a few hours.

I've had bad dropout at 21:30 today for instance and this is the BQM

Re: Hub4 packet loss again

Use the hub in modem mode and get a better router with 1Gb ports.

Re: Hub4 packet loss again

I’ve been told this before on this forum but had several engineers out who tell me that it is fine. Could someone from VM confirm please?
