Hub4 issues - dropping connection

I’ve just upgraded to the free Hub4 from virgin media and since then my connection via WiFi or Ethernet keeps dropping and is causing a lot of issues as I need good connection to be able to work from home using my laptop and mobile WiFi connection due to poor signal in my area.

Check that the coax cables are seated correctly and are nice and tight/secure

another free hub4 upgrade that gives the end-user a worse experience.
my sugguestion is to call up and reject the hub4 and request to be put back on the hub3.

Tried tightening the cables a few times unfortunately still no joy
