Hub4 Hub or Router Mode? - Connected to external Router/WiFi 1GB supplying at 200MB

Hi, Can anybody help me?

Should the Hub4 be in Hub or Router mode??  if I want to connect to an external Wireless Router TPLink Archer AX50. Previously on Hub3,  I would always of switch to HUB mode but if you turn off WiFi on Hub4 it works ok from any of the ports 1 - 4 (either Hub or Router Mode)

The more important thing the performance is very poor 200 - 500MB  Maybe I should have stuck with the HUB3.  Can anybody advise? I happy to bond to ports and create a trunk link if I have to do this.

However your DOCSIS 3.1 channel is only on QAM1024 and should be on QAM4096

Just at add to this of the screenshots I can see:

  • One upstream channel is out of spec on QAM.
  • The QAM level is less than 'normal' on the DOCSIS 3.1 channel (I've been corrected on this previously that it 'shouldn't' make a difference).

You don’t. An engineer does.

Is that 151 on wifi or on an ethernet connection? If wifi - try it on a Cat5e or better cable and see what it gets from the router and also direct into the Hub
