My hub4 was working fine but randomly decided to stop working this evening. It’s flashing white, then blue, then green. Have tried to reset using the button and also turned it on and off at the wall, checked all the connections etc etc. Has anyone else had this problem? I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 6 bloody days for a technician to come out.

We can see that since you raised your post on here, it has been later identified as a network outage which has since been resolved which is great news.
