Hub4 Dropouts

I have been running a Hub3 in modem mode with an ASUS RT-AC3200 router for years without issue. Since I replaced the Hub3 with a Hub4 I am getting multiple drop outs every day which is a big problem as I am working from home. I have checked the leads, connections etc and can not identify an issue in the router/Hub4 logs. The Hub4 always has a constant white light during the outages. The only thing that has changed at this end is a Hub4. Could anyone help me to identify the issue so I can contact VM about the problem to save me having to reboot the equipment to get back online. I also thought that the hub4 operated on DOCSIS 3.1 channels mine are zero with DOCSIS 3.0 32 upstream and 4 downstream channels.

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

DOwnstream power looks to be a little on the high side with a couple over the max of 10!

I am close to the VM distribution cabinet and an inline attenuator was fitted during the Hub3 installation.

I can't remember how many db the existing one is so I will check and contact VM for another and let you know the result. Thank you for your help today lotharmat.
