Hi, my hub3, which I have had for almost 6 years, has recently started showing a solid red power light instead of the normal white light. Internet connectivity is all good and all my devices can still successfully connect to WiFi.
Although the hub itself doesn't feel hot, is this an indication of overheating and should the hub be replaced?

Hi @boxer2 thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised regarding the power light.
Can you please try the following:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
If this doesn't work, please let me know and we can look into replacing the Hub for you.
Many thanks

Hi
I have performed all the steps you detailed above. Even had the unit switched off overnight for 12 hours, but as soon as it is powered back on the red light appears straight away.
