Hub3 red light

Despite turning hub off overnight and ensuring that the hub is clear from obstructions the red light is still on. Also seems to be some loss of WiFi reach. Reading the forum might mean I need a new hub. Any ideas please

Re: Hub3 red light

Good afternoon @Merleychris

Thank you for taking the time to post,

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your hub.

I have taken the opportunity to get a new hub sent out to you. it should be with you in the next 3-5 days.

If you do leave the house for a prolonged period of time, please make sure that you switch the hub off.

kind regards,

Zak_M

Re: Hub3 red light

Hi Chris,

That would be a good idea - it'll be best to ensure that the hub isn't continuously running for longer than it needs to be, whilst you have this issue. Do let us know how things go with the new hub in place 🙂

Kind regards,

Beth
