Hub3 losing connection every 10mins

My Hub3 has been working fine for months but today it is dropping out between every 5 and 30mins. My phone WiFi connection is lost and my works laptop which is connected via a lead also gets booted off. It’s happened 30+ times today.

The lights on the hub don’t change - just the one white bar. It can take between 5-10 mins to get back online.

I’ve tried the diagnostics tool but it just tells me there’s no problem.

It’s doing my absolute nut in. Any suggestions?

May be a "new" known issue - try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
