I have been delivered an EX7500 extender today. It has linked to my hub and I can see the hub on the extender and the extender on the hub, but the extender isn't registering any wi-fi.
I have reset it back up, this has made no difference. Only thing I can see is that the extender is set to channel 100 (available only 100 to 128) and the router is set on channel 44. The setting on router admin is greyed out so I can't change the channel. Is this the issue preventing the extender from working?
Any help much appreciated. I haven't been able to contact Netgear - they don't seem very interested to connect with their customers......
