Hi Beth, sorry for jumping in on this, my hub has also has a solid red light, have tried a reboot and a reset to no avail. Could you please arrange for a replacement? Secondly, not sure if this is a VM responsibility, the cabinet in my street has been flattened and in lying flat on the ground. To be honest I’m surprised I am still have any broadband at all 😂 Thanks for your help.
